Check out this smoothie — made with dragon fruit and bananas. That deep purple color is what the fruit looks like. They only added ice, and it was SOOOOO good. The dragon fruit is purple in the middle, and has spikes. You can see one just to the right of my shoulder, and to the left of the bananas. Who wants one now? BTW, about a buck for the smoothie, sometimes less.

mmmmmmmmmm
Hi Justin, Your Thailand stories are delightful and very fun. Keep posting.
Thank you for the photo of hedgehogs, I’ve had 4 pets, scrubby bubbles, peaches, pelee and popo. (3 boys and a girl hedgehog). I don’t have any now. My friend Terri made a video “Popo and the chicken noodle”. If a hedgehog tastes something new, they foam at the mouth and then twist around and put the foam on their spines. It’s like making cappucino foam. Aunt Mary
As for your “what fruit is this” contest, I think you gave the answer in your blog on dragon fruit shake, it’s dragon fruit so bring me a prize!!!
Hi Justin,
I was wrong, yikes, I didn’t win the contest. My Thai friends say that the fruit in your previous post is call ranbutan and that ranbutan is not dragon fruit. So I didn’t win the contest after all, but I’m looking forward to my consolation prize.
